Getting Caught up on My Blog:
We were very busy and fun this weekend! Friday night we enjoyed dinner at home and started another house project, to redo our master closet. We have already redone the guest room closet (soon-to-be nursery) and Ellie's closet (done before she was born). Living in an older house you don't exactly have large closets. So we ripped out our older closet shelves, spackled, painted, and installed these great shelving systems. We have pretty much doubled our closet space. That project was ongoing through the weekend but we still managed to have some fun :)
Saturday morning Pat and his friend Alex (who just got home from Afghanistan 2 days before) ran in the local 5 mile Shamrock Run.
They made really good time!!!
Myself, Ellie, Meghan, and her little girl Natalie walked the neighborhoods and we waited at the end of the finish line to see the guys. After the race we walked over to the Irish Festival. We enjoyed some yummy food and the guys some nice cold beers.

Later that night we all got together for dinner and some tasty Shepard's pie.
Sunday morning Ellie celebrated with Green Eggs :)
